Displayed currency

We process all orders in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).  While the content of your cart may be display in other currencies (e.g. EURO, USD).  You will checkout using HKD at the most current exchange rate.   To select the displayed currency, please click the icon in the top right corner

We will bill your Credit Card/ PayPal account in HKD and your bank/ PayPal will convert the charges for you.  The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

Payment

We accept Credit Card OR PayPal ONLY.  

PayPal allows you to pay by credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and PayPal account balances.  We apologize that we cannot accept other payment methods like cheque or postal orders.  Please note you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.

Shipping

1. Currently we only ship purchases to selected countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, UK and USA.  Please make sure your address is CORRECT. 
   
   2. All items are generously wrapped for shipping.  All shipments are made through registered air mail, which require signature upon receiving.  A tracking number will be given to buyers.
   
   3. Standard International Registered Airmailnormally take 2 to 3 weeksfor your order to arrive, and may take up to 4 weeks for some countries. The parcel may be delayed due to custom clearance, so it takes a few more days for the parcel to arrive.
   Based on my experience, for Australia, Canada, USA, UK, registered airmail normally takes 2 weeks.  For Singapore, it takes 1 to 2 weeks.

Speedpost normally takes 5 to 7 working days to arrive.

4. Buyer is responsiblefor ANY taxes or duties fee.
   
   5. Custom Declaration - We MUST state the value of the items you have ordered on the customs documentation, even if it is a GIFT.  The value we stated in the form will be the value you have paid for the items (minus any discount), exclude shipping charges.
   
   6. Courier Delivery for Fedex and DHL - Courier delivery by FedEx and DHL is available upon request, AND you are responsible for the Courier Charges, all customs or import duty charges.  Please email us for quotation.
5. Local shipping (Hong Kong ONLY)

Refunds and Exchanges 

Unless item received was damaged or missing, no returns are accepted. 

If you find any damaged/defective or missing items, please claim within 7 days of receiving your packages.  Items must be in its original condition.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and you are responsible for return shipping cost.  We refund via Paypal.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Color display varies with different computer monitors.  We don’t accept exchange if you find the item’s color isn’t what you have in mind.  We do exchange if the color is totally different from your order, like you order it in orange but you get it in blue. Please contact me once it happens to you.  We are happy to exchange it for you in prompt. 

Frequently Asked Questions

(1) Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: I aim to send out all orders within 3 to 5 business days. 
Based on my experience, for Australia, Canada, USA, UK, Standard International Registered Airmail normally takes 2 weeks.
For Singapore, it takes 1 to 2 weeks.
Please note the parcel may be delayed due to custom clearance, so it takes a few more days for the parcel to arrive.

(2) Q: I want to get the parcel as soon as possible, is there any other post service available?
If you would like to get the parcel sooner, you can choose EMS/ Speedpost service.  
FedEx and DHL is also available IF you can provide an account, all FedEx/ DHL charges (eg shipping, custom clearance etc) will be charged directly to your account.
